Q How do I place an order?
On the website (www.iliadreader.co.uk) you must enter the quantity of the goods that you require and pay using a recognised credit or debit card. The order will be delivered to the address that you give, which must be the same address as the holder of the debit or credit card.
Q How can I change my order?
Once and order has been submitted it cannot be changed, however additional products may be ordered should you wish. You have the right to cancel an order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods.

We ship to anywhere in the EU.
Q What are the estimated delivery times?
We aim to deliver the goods to you within fourteen days, however this may vary during time of high demand.
Q How can I track my order?
We will inform you when the goods have been shipped and give you a tracking code number to enable you to get up to date delivery information.
Q Who can I contact if there is a problem with the delivery?

The shipping cost is �12 for the first item and �2 for each additional item.
Q Do you offer any special discount?
