The subject of marriage - making it a priority and making it the best possible - is top shelf for my wife Kimberly and I. God has called us not only to pastor a church, but also to teach on marriage. A Marriage Conference we recently completed we called -I Choose Us,- because there are a lot of choices in life. There are a lot of distractions in life. You have to choose your mate and choose to keep your marriage vibrant. In the Word-based teaching in this book, Kimberly and I are going to make a deposit in your marriage as we share principles for marriage from God-s Word and from our own experiences. As deposits are made in your marriage, you will be able to make withdrawals. Kimberly teaches on -Loving Your Wife and Respecting Your Husband- in chapter 5.

Our prayer for you is that God will take the blinders off of your eyes so you will see your mate differently - as God sees him or her - through the eyes of agape love. You can make your marriage a priority - the best possible - as you apply the principles of God-s Word and work at your marriage.

It is God-s idea and our prayer that you will experience a marriage that is as God designed it to be - filled with love, respect, joy, peace, edification of one another, and fulfillment.
